HCM 3 Group Health Checks
The HCM 3 Group Health Checks have proved extremely beneficial to our clients'. They find these health checks helpful to review business processes and provide gap analysis to ensure effective use of the Oracle HCM and Financials system for their business needs. With upgrades to Release 12 occuring already and Fusion now here, more and more clients are looking to health check their implementations ready for this change. With this in mind, HCM 3 Group Health Checks are constructed to identify any issues that could cause complications in the implementation process of Release 12 or Fusion HCM and Financials software.
We offer a number of different HCM 3 Group Health Checks:
System Setup Health Check
An external review of the Oracle configuration and custom code to identify issues with the existing setup and scope for improvement, taking into account the future direction of your Oracle ERP strategy and Oracle's HCM product direction. This typically consists of 2 days on site and 2 days off site to write up.
The deliverable is a list of issues and risks with constructive solutions, recommendations and a road map for future development.
HR and Finance Process Health Check
Everything in the System Setup Health Check, plus reviewing HR and Finance processes in conjunction with the system to see how the system compliments or restricts the HR and Finance processes. Typically consists of approximately 5 days on site and 2-3 days on site to write up as a deliveable document for the each domain.
The deliverable is a list of issues and risks with constructive solutions, recommendations, identification of training needs and a road map for future
development.
Project Health Check
An external review of current HR and /or Financials implementation projects to ensure the current approach is correct and the features of the product are being used in the most appropriate way and align to the very best HR and Finance Global Practices. This consists of a couple of days at different stages of the project to ensure a quality delivery and a 'speed to value' project approach. Project Health Checks can be carried out any stage of a project to identify potential pitfalls or oversights and to give the 'best' approach to an implementation. Typically takes approximately 3-10 days in total.
The deliverable is a document that contains not only issues and risks with constructive solution but also confirmation of the best parts of the project at
each stage.
